To be responsible for supporting Customer Billing Application to meet the business objectives; programming and conducting tests according to specifications University graduate / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines Experience in Open VMS, COBOL, SQLServer 2000 and Windows programming Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese Good interpersonal skills for communicating with users Hardworking, able to work independently, work under pressure and meet deadlines
